Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using easysburgers, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept every clause, you must stop using the service immediately.

These terms apply to all users — free, Pro, and Unlimited — effective from January 1, 2026. easysburgers reserves the right to update these terms with 14 days' notice.

Permitted Use

easysburgers may only be used to process images of adults who have given explicit consent. Any use involving minors, non-consenting individuals, or illegal purposes results in permanent account termination and potential legal referral.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. easysburgers does not verify consent on your behalf — that obligation rests entirely with you as the user.

Uploaded images must not contain identifiable minors, must not violate third-party intellectual property rights, and must not be used to harass, defame, or harm any individual.

Intellectual Property

easysburgers retains all rights to its AI model, processing pipeline, and platform design. Output images generated using your uploaded content are returned to you — easysburgers claims no ownership over user-generated results.

Limitation of Liability

easysburgers provides the service on an as-is basis. No guarantee is made regarding output accuracy, uptime continuity, or fitness for any specific purpose beyond general image processing.

In no event shall easysburgers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including output quality disputes or third-party claims related to user-uploaded content.

Third-Party Services

easysburgers integrates with third-party payment processors and cloud storage providers. These services operate under their own terms. easysburgers is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or data practices.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported to easysburgers within 24 hours of discovery.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Requests are processed within 7 business days. Processed image data is already deleted within 60 minutes of generation per standard policy.

Changes to Terms

easysburgers will notify registered users of material changes to these Terms via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
