easysburgers collects only what is strictly necessary: email address (if you create an account), payment details (processed by third-party processors — never stored on our servers), and usage logs tied to session IDs.

Uploaded images are never stored beyond the 60-minute processing window. No facial recognition data, biometric identifiers, or content metadata is retained after deletion.

How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used exclusively to deliver the service, process payments, and send account-related communications. easysburgers does not use your data for behavioral advertising or sell it to third parties under any circumstances.

Cookies

easysburgers uses session cookies to maintain your login state and preference settings. Analytics cookies are used in aggregate, anonymized form only — no individual browsing behavior is tracked or stored.

You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings at any time. Disabling session cookies will require you to log in on each visit but will not affect your ability to generate images.

Data Sharing

Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors. No payment details touch easysburgers servers. Anonymous usage statistics may be shared with infrastructure partners solely for performance monitoring.

Security Measures

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Account passwords are stored as salted hashes — easysburgers staff cannot retrieve your password under any circumstances.

Annual third-party security audits are conducted by an independent firm. Results summary is published on the easysburgers security page each year.

Your Rights

Third-Party Links

easysburgers pages may link to external services. This Privacy Policy does not extend to those sites. Review each third party's own privacy policy before sharing personal information with them.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated personal data is removed within 7 business days. Processed images are already deleted within 60 minutes of generation.

Policy Updates

When this Privacy Policy changes materially, easysburgers will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the new policy takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
